Cheese Dip Preparation

    Mix Cheese Dip Ingredients

    In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese.

    Season the Dip

    Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.

    Add Poblano Pepper

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced poblano pepper and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.

    Combine and Heat

    Add the sautéed poblano pepper to the cheese mixture and stir. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.

Poblano Pepper Pico Preparation

    Mix Pico Ingredients

    In a bowl, combine the charred and diced poblano pepper, diced tomato, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.

    Allow the pico to sit for at least 10 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

House Chips Preparation

    Cut Tortillas

    Cut the corn tortillas into triangles to form chips.

    Heat Oil

    In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

    Fry Chips

    Fry the tortilla triangles in batches until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

    Sprinkle the fried chips with salt while they are still hot.
