Mix Cheese Dip Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese.

Season the Dip
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.

Combine and Heat
Add the sautéed poblano pepper to the cheese mixture and stir. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.

Let it Sit
Allow the pico to sit for at least 10 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
House Chips Preparation

Cut Tortillas
Cut the corn tortillas into triangles to form chips.

Heat Oil
In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Fry Chips
Fry the tortilla triangles in batches until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
