Main Ingredients

For Cooking the Eggs

Method

Prepare the Brunch Potatoes

  1. 1

    Boil the Potatoes

In a large pot, add the brunch potatoes and cover them with water. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook for about 10-12 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Potatoes

In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the boiled potatoes and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden and crispy. Season with salt, black pepper, and fresh herbs if desired.

Cook the Steak

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill or Skillet

Preheat your grill or a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 4

    Grill or Sear the Steak

Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Cook the Eggs

  1. 5

    Heat the Pan

In a non-stick frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter or oil and heat over medium heat.

  2. 6

    Fry the Eggs

Crack the eggs into the pan and cook them to your desired style (sunny side up, over easy, scrambled, etc.). Season with salt and pepper.

Assemble and Serve

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

On a serving plate, place the sautéed brunch potatoes, followed by the sliced steak. Top with the cooked eggs.

  2. 8

    Garnish and Serve

Optionally, garnish with additional fresh herbs and serve immediately while hot.
