Method

Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribeye

Remove the ribeye steak from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. This helps it cook evenly.

  2. 2

    Season the Steak

Rub both sides of the steak with olive oil, then season generously with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Preheat a skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned ribeye steak. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached.

  4. 4

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Crispy Potatoes

  1. 5

    Boil the Potatoes

In a pot of salted water, add the baby potatoes and bring to a boil. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and let them cool slightly.

  2. 6

    Crisp the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the boiled potatoes in half and toss them with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.

Salsa Verde

  1. 7

    Prepare the Salsa Verde

In a food processor, combine fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic clove, lemon juice, and salt. Pulse until finely chopped.

  2. 8

    Add Olive Oil

With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture is smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.

Fried Mushrooms

  1. 9

    Sauté the Mushrooms

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 10

    Cook Until Golden

Cook the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.

Arugula

  1. 11

    Prepare the Arugula

Wash the arugula thoroughly under cold water and pat dry. Set aside.
