Preparing the Ciabatta
1. Slicing the Bread
Begin by slicing the ciabatta bread in half lengthwise. You can also cut it into individual slices if preferred.

Place the sliced ciabatta on a baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil over the cut sides of the bread, spreading it evenly with a brush or spoon.
Adding Flavor

Mince the garlic cloves finely. Optionally, you can also use a garlic press for a finer consistency.

Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the oiled sides of the ciabatta. Add a pinch of salt and cracked black pepper to taste.
