Begin by rinsing the baby heirloom tomatoes under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

Slice the tomatoes in half or quarters depending on their size to ensure they are bite-sized.

Wash the fresh basil leaves gently and pat them dry. Tear them into smaller pieces if desired.

On a serving platter, arrange the sliced tomatoes and basil leaves artistically.

Carefully place the burrata cheese in the center of the arranged tomatoes and basil.

In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, fresh lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
