Cocktail Preparation

1. Prepare Hibiscus Infusion

In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and steep for about 10 minutes. Strain and let cool.

2. Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine La Luna Mezcal, cachaça, lime juice (squeezed from the whole lime), simple syrup, and 1 oz of the cooled hibiscus infusion.

3. Shake and Serve

Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake well for about 15 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with ice, and garnish with a lime wedge or additional hibiscus flowers if desired.
