Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Pork Chops

Rub the pork chops with Cajun seasoning and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pork Chops

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let rest.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Mashed Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into quarters. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.

  4. 4

    Mash the Potatoes

Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper to the drained potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Gravy

Heat the prepared gravy in a saucepan over low heat until warmed through.

  6. 6

    Toast the Bread

Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.

  7. 7

    Serve

Plate the pork chop alongside a generous serving of mashed potatoes topped with gravy. Serve with toast on the side.
