Prepare the Shrimp
In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.

Cook the Dirty Rice
In a pot, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion, bell pepper, and celery. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add Rice and Broth
Stir in the long-grain rice and cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.

Prepare Hushpuppies
In a bowl, combine hushpuppy mix and water. Mix until just combined. Drop spoonfuls into hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Serve
Plate the grilled shrimp alongside the dirty rice and serve with hushpuppies on the side. Garnish with chopped green onions.
