    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Mix Dry Ingredients

    In a large mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well.

    Combine Wet Ingredients

    In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter until combined.

    Combine Mixtures

    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

    Add Remaining Ingredients

    Fold in the crawfish tails, corn kernels, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced jalapeños until evenly distributed.

    Bake

    Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

    Cool and Serve

    Allow the cornbread to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
