Prepare the Chicken
Slice the boneless chicken breasts into strips and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Dredge the Chicken
Coat each chicken strip first in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs. Ensure each strip is well coated.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the chicken strips in batches, frying until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Toss with Wing Sauce (Optional)
If desired, remove the chicken tenders from the skillet and toss them in your choice of wing sauce before serving.
