Chicken Wings

Flavor 1: Buffalo Sauce

Flavor 2: Honey Garlic Sauce

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Bake the Wings

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, turning halfway, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 3

    Make Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine hot sauce and butter. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined.

  2. 4

    Make Honey Garlic Sauce

In another saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened.

Tossing Wings

  1. 5

    Coat the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in two separate bowls. Pour the Buffalo sauce over one bowl and the Honey Garlic sauce over the other. Toss each bowl until the wings are evenly coated in their respective sauces.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve

Serve the wings hot with your choice of dipping sauces and celery sticks on the side.
