Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry. Peel and devein if necessary. Set aside. Chop the basil, dice the tomatoes, and mince the garlic.
- 2
Cook the Gnocchi
In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the gnocchi. Cook according to package instructions, usually about 2-3 minutes, or until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
- 3
Sauté Garlic and Shrimp
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through.
- 4
Add Tomatoes and Wine
Add the diced tomatoes and white wine to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and let cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine and the sauce to reduce slightly.

Finish with Basil
Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
- 7
Serve
Plate the shrimp gnocchi and garnish with additional basil if desired. Enjoy!
