Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth. Slice the mushrooms thinly. Mince the garlic cloves. Rinse the fresh spinach under cold water and drain well.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Mushrooms

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and have released their moisture.

  3. 3

    Add Garlic

Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the mushrooms and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn the garlic.

  4. 4

    Incorporate Spinach

Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring until the spinach is wilted.

  5. 5

    Season the Mixture

Season the mushroom and spinach mixture with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.

  6. 6

    Add Mozzarella

Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the mushroom and spinach mixture. Cover the skillet with a lid for about 2-3 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.

  7. 7

    Finish with Truffle Oil

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of truffle oil over the melted cheese and serve immediately.
