Make the Spice Batter
In a medium bowl, beat the unsalted butter and brown sugar together until creamy and fluffy.

Add Spices
Mix in the ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined and smooth.

Store the Batter
Transfer the spice batter to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use. It can be kept for up to 2 weeks.

Combine Ingredients
In a heat-resistant mug, add 2 oz of spiced rum and 0.5 oz of Licor 43.

Add Spice Batter
Scoop 1-2 tablespoons of the house-made spice batter into the mug with the rum.

Add Hot Water
Pour 4 oz of hot water into the mug and stir well until the batter is fully dissolved.

Garnish (Optional)
Top with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick if desired.
