Prepare the herbs
Rinse the fresh rosemary under cold water to remove any dirt. Pat dry with paper towels. For the dried lavender, measure out the required amount.

Juice the lemons
Cut the lemons in half and juice them using a citrus juicer. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove any seeds and pulp.

Infuse the herbs
In a medium saucepan, combine 4 cups of water, the fresh rosemary, and dried lavender. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Combine with lemon juice
Allow the herbal infusion to cool for a few minutes, then strain the mixture into a large pitcher. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the pitcher and mix well.

Chill and serve
Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve over ice and garnish with additional rosemary sprigs or lemon slices if desired.
