Boil Water
In a kettle, bring 1 cup of fresh, filtered water to a boil.

Steep Tea Leaves
Once the water has reached a rolling boil, remove it from heat. Add 2 tsp of Yunnan Dianhong black tea leaves to the water. Cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Add Bergamot Oil
After steeping, strain the tea into a cup. Add 1 drop of bergamot essential oil to the tea and stir gently to combine.

Add Milk or Cream (Optional)
If desired, add 2 tbsp of milk or cream for a creamier texture. Stir well.

Serve
Enjoy your freshly brewed Earl Grey tea either hot or let it cool and serve over ice.
