  1. 1

    Prepare the Water

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Add Chamomile Flowers

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 2 cups of dried chamomile flowers. Stir gently to submerge the flowers.

  3. 3

    Infuse the Mixture

Cover the saucepan and let the chamomile steep for about 10-15 minutes. This will allow the flavors to infuse.

  4. 4

    Strain the Tea

After steeping, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large pitcher to remove the chamomile flowers.

  5. 5

    Add Sweetness and Flavor

Stir in 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of mint leaves, 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger, and add the cinnamon stick into the strained tea.

  6. 6

    Chill or Serve Warm

You can serve the chamomile medley warm or refrigerate it for a few hours to serve cold. If serving cold, remove the cinnamon stick before serving.
