Method
Preparing the Beef Ribeye

Seasoning
Rub the ribeye with olive oil, then season generously with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Let it sit for 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Preheat your grill to high heat. Grill the ribeye for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 130°F.

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Slice the Yukon gold potatoes into thin rounds.

In a greased baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour heavy cream over the layers, then top with Gruyère and Parmesan cheese.

In a bowl, combine the softened butter, black garlic, parsley, thyme, and lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
