Mixing the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the gin, Aperol, and Bitter Bianco.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or rocks glass filled with ice.
