Method

Brewing Process

1

Mashing

In a large pot, heat 500 ml of water to 65°C. Add 100 g of barley malt and 50 g of corn. Stir and maintain the temperature for 60 minutes to allow the starches to convert to sugars.

2

Boiling

After mashing, strain the liquid (wort) into a separate pot. Bring the wort to a boil and add 10 g of hops. Boil for 60 minutes, then cool the wort to room temperature.

3

Fermentation

Transfer the cooled wort to a fermentation vessel. Add 5 g of yeast and seal the vessel. Allow it to ferment for 1-2 weeks at room temperature.

4

Bottling

Once fermentation is complete, bottle the beer using sanitized bottles and caps. Allow the bottles to condition at room temperature for another week.

5

Chilling and Serving

Chill the bottles in the refrigerator for a few hours. Serve in a chilled glass and enjoy your homemade Coors Light!
