Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. The batter may be lumpy; do not overmix.

Cook Pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Cook Berries
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the mixed berries, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Stir occasionally and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the berries release their juices and the mixture thickens slightly.
