Make Garlic Aioli
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, and smoked pimenton. Mix well and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside in the refrigerator.

Grill the Steak
Preheat your grill to high heat. Grill the hanger steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

Cook the Mushrooms
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the trumpet mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they're golden brown and tender. Season with salt and pepper.
