Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the ice water, stirring until just combined. The batter should be lumpy.

Prepare the Sauces
For the sriracha mayonnaise, mix the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl. For the smoked jalapeño aioli, combine the mayonnaise, smoked jalapeño, minced garlic, and lemon juice in another bowl.

Fry the Shrimp
In a deep pot, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Dip each shrimp into the tempura batter, allowing excess to drip off, and carefully place them in the hot oil. Fry in batches for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Serving

Plate and Garnish
Arrange the crispy tempura shrimp on a serving platter. Drizzle with sriracha mayonnaise and smoked jalapeño aioli. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
