Method
Ribs
- 1
Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your grill or oven to 300°F (150°C). Season the ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Apply a generous layer of BBQ sauce on the ribs.
- 2
Chicken Tenders
- 3
Prepare the Chicken
Cut chicken breasts into tenders. Set up three bowls for the flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- 4
Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken tender in flour, then in egg, and finally in bread crumbs to coat evenly.
- 5
Cook the Chicken
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry the chicken tenders in batches for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
Spinach Dip
- 6
Prepare the Spinach
Thaw and drain the frozen spinach, squeezing out excess moisture.
- 7
Mix the Dip
In a bowl, mix spinach with cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- 8
Bake the Dip
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Coleslaw
- 9
Prepare the Vegetables
Shred the cabbage and carrots and place them in a large bowl.
- 10
Mix the Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt to taste.
- 11
Combine
Pour the dressing over the shredded vegetables and toss until well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
