Method

Ribs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your grill or oven to 300°F (150°C). Season the ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Apply a generous layer of BBQ sauce on the ribs.

  2. 2

    Cook the Ribs

Place the ribs in the grill or oven and cook for 2.5 to 3 hours, basting with additional BBQ sauce every hour until tender.

Chicken Tenders

  1. 3

    Prepare the Chicken

Cut chicken breasts into tenders. Set up three bowls for the flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  2. 4

    Bread the Chicken

Dip each chicken tender in flour, then in egg, and finally in bread crumbs to coat evenly.

  3. 5

    Cook the Chicken

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry the chicken tenders in batches for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Spinach Dip

  1. 6

    Prepare the Spinach

Thaw and drain the frozen spinach, squeezing out excess moisture.

  2. 7

    Mix the Dip

In a bowl, mix spinach with cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.

  3. 8

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.

Coleslaw

  1. 9

    Prepare the Vegetables

Shred the cabbage and carrots and place them in a large bowl.

  2. 10

    Mix the Dressing

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt to taste.

  3. 11

    Combine

Pour the dressing over the shredded vegetables and toss until well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Fries

  1. 12

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and cut potatoes into fries. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  2. 13

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat oil in a large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potatoes in batches until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
