Make the Dalgona Coffee
In a mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. Use a hand mixer or whisk to whip the mixture until it becomes light, fluffy, and forms stiff peaks.

Prepare the Glass
In a glass, add the Kahlua followed by the milk. You can use cold or hot milk depending on your preference.

Combine and Serve
Spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the milk and Kahlua mixture. Serve immediately, stirring before drinking if desired.
