Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

Remove the ribs from the oven, brush them generously with barbecue sauce, and broil for an additional 5-10 minutes until caramelized.
Spinach Dip

In a bowl, mix together the thawed spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Coleslaw

Combine Coleslaw Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.

Prepare the Fries
Cook the French fries according to the package instructions, typically in an oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 20-25 minutes.
