Method

Ribs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

  2. 2

    Bake the Ribs

Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

  3. 3

    Apply Barbecue Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven, brush them generously with barbecue sauce, and broil for an additional 5-10 minutes until caramelized.

Spinach Dip

  1. 4

    Mix the Ingredients

In a bowl, mix together the thawed spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil until well combined.

  2. 5

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Coleslaw

  1. 6

    Combine Coleslaw Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 7

    Chill

Refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.

Fries

  1. 8

    Prepare the Fries

Cook the French fries according to the package instructions, typically in an oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 20-25 minutes.

  2. 9

    Season the Fries

Once cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
