Prepare Chicken Tenders

Coat the Chicken
Cut chicken breast into strips. In three separate bowls, place flour (seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder), beaten eggs, and bread crumbs. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in egg, then coat with bread crumbs.

Fry the Tenders
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Make Spinach Dip

In a bowl, combine thawed spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate the spinach dip for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Prepare Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Toss well to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Let the coleslaw sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.

Prepare frozen French fries according to package instructions. Season with salt to taste.
