Chicken Tenders

Dipping Sauces

Method

Prepare Chicken Tenders

  1. 1

    Batter the Chicken

In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In a third bowl, place breadcrumbs. Dip each chicken strip first in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

  2. 2

    Fry the Chicken

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken tenders in batches for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Prepare Coleslaw

  1. 3

    Mix Coleslaw Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Toss well and refrigerate until serving.

Prepare French Fries

  1. 4

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat oil in a separate deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the cut potatoes in batches for about 5-7 minutes, or until crispy and golden. Remove and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt.

Prepare Dipping Sauces

  1. 5

    Mix Dipping Sauces

In a bowl, combine Dijon mustard and mayonnaise to make Dijonnaise. Serve BBQ sauce and Dijonnaise alongside the chicken tenders.
