In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.

Prepare the Patties

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about ¾ inch thick.

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly golden.

Spread ketchup and mustard on the bottom half of each bun. Place the lettuce, a burger patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, and pickles on top. Cap with the top half of the bun.

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb or beef, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the meat mixture and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.

While the meat is cooking, warm the pita bread in a dry skillet or in the oven until soft and pliable.

To assemble, place a generous portion of the cooked meat on the warm pita bread. Top with sliced tomato, red onion, cucumber, and a dollop of tzatziki sauce.

In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy. Add olive oil and salt, then gradually stir in the flour until a dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into two portions. Roll out each portion on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

Spread pizza sauce over the base, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and add pepperoni slices. Finish with a sprinkle of dried oregano.
