Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, crack the two farm eggs into the pan. Cook them to your desired doneness: sunny-side up, over-easy, or scrambled. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Home Fries

  1. 2

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes. Dice the onion and bell pepper.

  2. 3

    Cook the Home Fries

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the potatoes and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden and crispy. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until they are tender. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Protein

  1. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In another skillet, cook the 4 slices of bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Toast

  1. 5

    Toast the Bread

While the bacon is cooking, toast the slices of bread until golden brown. Spread butter on the toast while it’s still warm.
