Marinating the Steak

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.

Marinate the Steak
Place the flank steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Rest the Steak
Transfer the cooked steak to a cutting board and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Preparing the Salad

Prepare the Vegetables
While the steak is resting, wash and dry the arugula, slice the cherry tomatoes in half, slice the radishes thinly, and crumble the blue cheese.

Make the Vinaigrette
In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of sherry vinegar, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper to taste.

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the arugula, cherry tomatoes, sliced radishes, dried cherries, and crumbled blue cheese. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently.
