In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend until the cheeses are smooth and well combined.
Adding Spices and Beer

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt to the cheese mixture. Stir until the spices are evenly distributed.

Incorporate Liquid Ingredients
Pour in the house brewed porter beer, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly until the dip is creamy and all ingredients are well combined.
