Prepare the Glass
Take a lime wedge and run it around the rim of a chilled cocktail glass to moisten it.

Salt the Rim
Dip the moistened rim of the glass into a plate of coarse sea salt until evenly coated.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Pinckney Bend Vodka, 4 oz of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, and 2 dashes of bitters.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
