Fried Popcorn Chicken

Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 350°F (175°C).

In a shallow bowl, mix together flour, salt, and black pepper.

In a third bowl, spread out the breadcrumbs.

Take each piece of chicken, dip it in flour, then the egg, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.

Carefully place the breaded chicken into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the oil and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Buffalo Sauce Preparation

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

Once melted, add the hot sauce, dried rosemary, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine.

Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.

Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface.

Place a generous portion of fried popcorn chicken in the center of the tortilla.
