Chili Preparation

In a large pot, brown the ground wagyu beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Stir in the tomato sauce, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Fry Until Golden
Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
Topping Preparation

Cook the Bacon
In a separate pan, cook the chopped patchwork bacon until crispy. Set aside.

Make Biscuit Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add Milk and Form Biscuits
Stir in milk until just combined. Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead gently, and cut out biscuits.

Bake the Biscuits
Place biscuits on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F (220°C) for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

On a plate, layer the home fries, followed by the wagyu chili.

Sprinkle shredded Milton cheddar, crispy bacon, and place the over-easy eggs on top.
