In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook the Bacon

Split the English muffins in half and butter the cut sides. Toast them in the same skillet until golden brown.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked.

Top the scrambled eggs with cheddar slices and spinach. Cook until the cheese melts. Slice the tomato.

Layer the bacon, scrambled egg mixture, and tomato slices on the toasted English muffins. Top with the other half of the muffin.
