Shrimp Preparation

Cook the Shrimp
Once the water is boiling, add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

Cool the Shrimp
Drain the shrimp and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Let them cool for about 5 minutes.

Remove from Ice Bath
Drain the shrimp again and pat them dry with paper towels.
Cocktail Sauce Preparation

Mix the Sauce
In a bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Mix well until smooth.

Taste and Adjust
Taste the cocktail sauce and adjust the level of horseradish or hot sauce according to your preference.
Remoulade Preparation

Combine Ingredients
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped capers, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.

Whisk Together
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and well combined.

Taste and Adjust
Taste the remoulade and adjust seasoning as needed.
Serving

Plate the Shrimp
Arrange the cooled shrimp on a serving platter.

Serve the shrimp with the cocktail sauce and remoulade on the side for dipping.
