Pimento Cheese Dip

House Fried Chips

Method

Pimento Cheese Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cheese Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth.

  2. 2

    Add Flavorings

Stir in the diced pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and hot sauce. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  3. 3

    Chill

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Vegetable Crudité Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and cut the carrots, celery, cucumber, and bell peppers into sticks or slices as desired.

House Fried Chips Preparation

  1. 5

    Heat the Oil

In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  2. 6

    Fry the Potatoes

Carefully add the thinly sliced potatoes in batches to the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

  3. 7

    Drain and Season

Remove the chips with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. While still hot, season with salt to taste.
