Prepare the Batter

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; it's okay if there are a few lumps.
Cook the Pancakes

Heat the Pan
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease the surface with a bit of butter or cooking spray.

Cook Pancakes
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until you see bubbles forming on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Keep Warm
Transfer the cooked pancakes to a plate and keep them warm in a preheated oven at 200°F (95°C) while you cook the remaining batter.
