Method

Cooking the Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare and Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Crack 2 eggs into the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes for sunny-side up or until desired doneness. For over-easy, gently flip the eggs and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Cooking the Meat

  1. 2

    Cook the Bacon or Sausage

In the same skillet, after removing the eggs, add 4 slices of bacon or 2 breakfast sausage links. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until crispy and cooked through, turning occasionally. Remove from skillet and let drain on paper towels.

Toasting the Bread

  1. 3

    Toast the Sourdough Bread

While the meat cooks, toast 2 slices of sourdough bread in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown and crispy.

Plating

  1. 4

    Assemble the Brunch Plate

On a plate, arrange the cooked eggs, crispy bacon or sausage, and toasted sourdough slices. Serve immediately and enjoy your Le Brunch Plate!
