Method

Wrap Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wrap Filling

In a large bowl, combine the grilled chicken, mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, diced avocado, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Wraps

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the filling onto the center of the tortilla. Fold the sides over the filling and then roll from the bottom up to form a wrap. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.

Sauce Directions

  1. 3

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and lemon juice until smooth and well combined.

Chips Directions

  1. 4

    Prepare the Chips

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Rinse in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 5

    Fry the Chips

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potato slices in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Season with salt while hot.
