Main Ingredients

Louie Dipping Sauce

Method

Preparation of Louie Dipping Sauce

  1. 1

    Mix the Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, hot sauce, and salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.

  2. 2

    Chill

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Cooking the Beef and Fries

  1. 3

    Cook the Ground Beef

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 4

    Prepare the French Fries

While the beef is cooking, prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions, either by baking or frying them until crispy and golden brown.

  3. 5

    Combine with Cheese Sauce

Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven or fryer. Place them on a serving platter and pour cheese sauce over the top. Gently mix in the cooked ground beef.

Assembly and Serving

  1. 6

    Serve

Serve the Classique Grande hot, with the Louie dipping sauce on the side for dipping.
