Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180°C (350°F). Once hot, carefully add the potato strips in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels, then season with salt.

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, chili sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Assembling the Dish

On a serving plate, layer the cooked ground beef, then drizzle the Mornay sauce over it. Serve with a side of hot, crispy frites and a small portion of Louie sauce for dipping.
