Caesar Dressing
Method
Preparing the Chicken
- 1
Cook the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and add a little olive oil. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
Making the Caesar Dressing
- 2
Prepare the Dressing
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and anchovy fillets. Whisk until smooth. Gradually drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify the dressing. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Assembling the Salad
- 3
Prepare the Salad
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl. Add the sliced chicken on top.
- 4
Add Dressing and Cheese
Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat the lettuce and chicken evenly. Grate Parmesan cheese over the top.
Cooking French Fries
- 5
Prepare the Frites
Cook the French fries according to the package instructions until they are golden and crispy. Serve immediately alongside the chicken Caesar salad.
