Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear them over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- 2
Prepare the Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly, then dry it using a salad spinner or pat it down with paper towels. Cut the romaine into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
- 3
Prepare the Frites
Cook the french fries according to the package instructions or make your own by cutting potatoes into fries, soaking them in water, drying them, and frying or baking them until golden brown.
Assembly
- 4
Assemble the Salad
Add the sliced chicken on top of the romaine lettuce. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- 5
Serve with Frites
Serve the Chicken Caesar salad alongside the french fries. Enjoy your meal!
