Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Juicing Oranges

If you're using whole oranges, start by washing them thoroughly. Cut the oranges in half and use a juicer to extract the juice. Strain the juice to remove any pulp if you prefer a smoother texture.

  2. 2

    Chilling the Glasses

Before serving, chill your champagne flutes in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to keep the mimosas cool.

  3. 3

    Combining Ingredients

In a chilled champagne flute, pour in 1 part of fresh orange juice and then slowly add 1 part of Prosecco. Adjust the ratio according to your taste preference.

  4. 4

    Garnishing (Optional)

If desired, you can garnish the mimosa with a slice of orange or a sprig of mint on the rim of the glass.
