Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

Soak the Bread
Dip each slice of brioche or challah bread into the custard mixture, allowing them to soak for about 15-30 seconds on each side.

Heat the Pan
In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat until melted and slightly bubbling.

Cook the French Toast
Place the soaked bread slices in the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
Plating and Serving

Prepare the Toppings
While the French toast is cooking, wash and slice the strawberries. Rinse the blueberries and mint leaves.

Once cooked, place the French toast on plates. Top with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and a sprinkle of mint leaves.

Drizzle maple syrup over the top of the French toast and serve immediately.
