Measure Ingredients
Prepare your ingredients by measuring out the Tanqueray 10 gin, St Germain, lemon juice, orgeat syrup, and egg white. Set aside the mint leaves for garnish.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the Tanqueray 10 gin, St Germain, fresh lemon juice, orgeat syrup, egg white, and ice.
Shaking

Dry Shake
Perform a dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white, creating a frothy texture.

Wet Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serving

Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass or cocktail glass.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves by gently slapping them between your palms to release the oils before placing them on top of the drink.
