Wash the Belle de Brillet pear thoroughly. Cut it in half and remove the core. Slice each half into thin wedges.

In a large wine glass, add the pear wedges at the bottom. Pour the Fever Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda over the pears, filling the glass about halfway.
