In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage and pepper mixture with the gnocchi, San Marzano tomato sauce, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.

Transfer the gnocchi mixture into a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Nestle the pre-cooked meatballs evenly into the gnocchi mixture.
